Washington Nut Pie
Harriett Ravenscroft
3 eggs, beaten
1 c dark Karo
Add:
1/2 c sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
4 T melted butter
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
Bake in unbaked pie shell at 400° for 15 min. then lower to 325° for 30 - 40 min. May be served with whipped cream.
(This is a very rich pie.)
