Taco Seasoning ☺

This is just plain good Taco Seasoning for tacos, chilis, chicken, or breakfast cereal. You'll love it! This amount is the equivalent of two commercial packages of taco seasoning mix.

Combine in a spice grinder, and grind together:

2 large dried guajillo chili
1 T cumin seeds
1/2 t black peppercorns
1/2 t chopped dried garlic
1/2 t chopped dried onion
1/2 t red pepper flakes

Put the ground mixture in a small bowl, and mix in:

1/2 t sweet paprika
1/2 t smoked Spanish paprika
2 t kosher salt

Store tightly covered.
