Lemon Cake
1 white cake mix
1 package lemon jello (dry)
3/4 c Wesson oil
3/4 c water
4 eggs
Frosting:
2 c powdered sugar
juice and rind of 2 lemons
Combine, beat, and bake (with jello) as the cake mix package directs. Use a 15 x 8 pan. When baked and still hot, prick all over top surface with a toothpick & pour on mixture of lemon and sugar.
