Easy Bran Bread

Soak 1 c raisins in 2 c of sour milk at least 1/2 hour. Also soak 2 c of bran buds, flakes, or 100% bran in the sour milk. Then add and stir in 1 c brown sugar, 2 c flour, 2 t salt, and 2 t soda.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves (not quite so long for small loaves).
